I cannot say enough good things about Carpets by Direct. We had the most wonderful experience with them. Every step of the way they were kind, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. We had to push our carpet install out several times, and each time they accommodated us. The pricing was better than every other place we got estimates from. The install team of Jesus and Jesus (a father and son team) was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! The nicest, hardest working, kind duo. The install was flawless. I would recommend using Carpets by direct 1000%!!!

We just recently had our downstairs and some of our upstairs carpet replaced with LVP. It was a very easy process as Greg helped us decide the "best" product for our project. He was able to also find us 4-year financing vs 2-year! They stuck to the schedule and worked hard enough to actually finish a day early. We'll definitely be calling them in the future when we are ready to finish our upstairs!

Greg and Russ were both amazing to work with and super friendly all around. They explained all the differences between the carpets and which were better for us with kids and dogs. Very communicative and would definitely recommend anyone to these guys.

When it came time for installation, the crew, Daniel and Daniel were fantastic. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and courteous, and took great care with our furniture. They moved everything with care and placed it back perfectly once the new flooring was installed. The quality of the installation was flawless; the floor looks absolutely beautiful and transformed our space into a model home.

I stopped by Carpets By Direct in Greensboro, NC a few weeks ago. I met Greg the Mgr. with a sample of what color I had a match for what color I was looking for. Didn’t take us long to agree on the swatch. He set installation in a couple of weeks and it is Gorgeous and 2 installers were the best! If you are looking for flooring at a good price , quality and installation, they are the best!!!

What an amazing experience it was dealing with Carpets by Direct Greensboro. They came out right away to give me an estimate and Greg gave me some great recommendations at the store. Installation was just 2 weeks later and the crew was beyond professional - moved all of my furniture and put it back and cleaned up at the end. I absolutely love my new vinyl plank flooring!
